We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented TELE CALLING to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who are fluent in regional languages and looking to start their career in customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to company policies and communication guidelines
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Eng with hindi
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to handle customers with patience and empathy
  • Quick learner with adaptability
  • Working Timing : 11 am to 9 pm
  • Eligibility:Freshers are welcome
  • Graduates and undergraduates can apply
