Job Description
Outbound and Inbound Calling: Dial potential clients from a provided database to introduce services or answer incoming customer questions.
Lead Generation: Qualify prospects by asking targeted questions and forwarding interested leads to the callection team.
Follow-Up Management: Call back interested customers to nurture relationships and close collection or target.
Data Recording: Log call outcomes, customer feedback, and contact details accurately in a CRM or Excel sheet.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly goals for call volume, lead generation, or payments conversions.
