Job Description

Job Title : Telecaller

Company: Tapasya College of Commerce and Management

Location: Magadi

Salary: ₹18000-20,000

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to students/parents regarding admissions and enquiries.
  • Explain courses, fees, facilities and admission process.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain call records.
  • Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve targets.
  • Coordinate with the admissions team for further processing.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • English/Kannada proficiency as per branch requirement.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
