Telecalling Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, explain products or services, generate leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve basic queries.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company information to customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Convince and assist customers to take the required action or make a purchase.
- Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
