Job Description

Telecalling ExecutiveSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

  • Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services.
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Follow up with leads and potential customers.
  • Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-conversion targets.
  • Build good relationships with customers through professional communication.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.
  • RequirementsGood communication skills in English and/or local languages.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Confident and polite telephone manner.
  • Ability to handle customers professionally.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
