Telecalling Executive – Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy engaging with customers and contributing to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound call handling: Attend calls professionally and courteously.
• Service explanation: Clearly communicate services, offers, and packages to prospective and existing clients.
• Appointment scheduling: Book and confirm consultations with clients.
• Customer follow-up: Ensure conversions and customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.
• Query resolution: Provide accurate solutions to client concerns.
• CRM management: Maintain precise records of calls and conversions.
• Target achievement: Meet daily and monthly performance goals while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers encouraged to apply).
• Education: Minimum PUC/12th Pass or Any Degree.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
• Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Technical: Basic computer knowledge required.
• Attitude: Positive mindset and eagerness to learn.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
