Job Description
Telecalling Executive
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers, this is a great opportunity to build your career.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls professionally.
Explain services and offers to customers.
Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
Follow up with potential and existing customers.
Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/system.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Eligibility
Male & Female candidates can apply.
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome).
PUC/12th Pass or Any Degree.
Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary & Benefits
