💰 SALARY & INCENTIVE STRUCTURE
🏢 Company: HAPPY FEET
💼 Position: Real Estate Telecaller – Sales
✅ Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
(Salary will be decided based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance.)
🎯 Performance-Based Incentives: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
(Incentives are additional to the fixed salary and depend on achieving sales targets, qualified leads, site visits, and successful property conversions, as per company policy.)
💵 Total Potential Monthly Earnings: ₹35,000 – ₹65,000
Important Note:
- Fixed salary is paid monthly.
- Incentives are separate from the fixed salary.
- Incentives are performance-based and not guaranteed.
- Higher performance can lead to higher earnings, subject to company incentive policy.
📍 Job Location: Katigenahalli, Yelahanka, Near REVA University, Bengaluru.
🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
