Job Description

Note: Non-target-oriented role focused on customer communication enquiries, mainly in Tamil and Malayalam.


* Handle inbound and outbound calls with Tamil- and Malayalam-speaking customers.


*Explain products & services clearly and answer customer queries.


* Generate leads through telecalling and maintain regular follow-up with existing and new customers.


*Handle customer objections and resolve basic complaints professionally.
