Telemarketing Manager

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telemarketing Manager to join our sales and marketing team. As a Manager , you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products and services, generate leads,  for all kind of Corporate Banking Product  like OD / Term loan / Machinery Finance / Mortgage loan / Business loan / MSME Loan . This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle Customer’s professionally. You will be expected to make outbound calls daily, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Your goal is to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, . Training will be provided, but a proactive and self-driven attitude is essential for success in this role.
