Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage telemedicine consultations for patients.
Schedule appointments and coordinate between patients and doctors.
Assist patients with the teleconsultation process and resolve basic queries.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, consultations, and reports.
Maintain accurate patient and consultation records.
Coordinate with doctors, hospital teams, and other departments for smooth operations.
Handle patient calls and provide clear and professional communication.
Ensure a positive patient experience throughout the telemedicine process.
Prepare daily reports and maintain necessary documentation.
Follow hospital policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
