Job Description

We Are Hiring – Telecalling & Sales Associate

The Resort Planners is looking for confident and target-driven candidates for telecalling, sales and booking coordination.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2nd PUC/Graduate
  • Good communication in English, Kannada and Hindi
  • Telecalling or sales experience preferred
  • CRM and computer knowledge
  • Confident, hardworking and eager to achieve targets
  • Flexible with working timings
  • Willing to work from the office/hybrid in north Bengaluru

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and sales calls
  • Explain resort packages
  • Follow up with leads and convert bookings
  • Update customer details in CRM
  • Coordinate reservations and customer requirements
