Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the tele-sales team and daily operations.
- Handle incoming leads, calls, follow-ups, and client queries.
- Convert leads into meetings and confirmed bookings.
- Maintain CRM/lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients and internal photography teams.
- Track sales targets and team performance.
- Handle client concerns and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Experience in tele-sales/team management preferred.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented and organized.
- Experience in photography, events, or creative services is a plus.
