Telesales Executive

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Telesales Executive to generate sales and build customer relationships over phone and WhatsApp for our range of industrial tools, tooling systems, and machine accessories.

You will connect with manufacturers, CNC machine shops, OEM production units, tool rooms, and other industrial customers to understand their requirements, recommend suitable products, share quotations, and follow up to convert enquiries into orders.

This is a sales-focused role requiring strong communication, regular customer follow-up, and an interest in industrial products.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to existing and potential industrial customers
• Generate new sales enquiries through calling, WhatsApp, and customer database follow-ups
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable products from our range
• Promote products such as tool holders, collets, milling cutters, turning bars, boring bars, tapping machines, vices, rotary tables, chucks, grinding machines, and other machine accessories
• Share product details, catalogues, prices, and quotations with customers
• Regularly follow up on quotations and enquiries to convert them into orders
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat business and new requirements
• Maintain records of customer calls, enquiries, quotations, and follow-up status
• Coordinate with the sales and office team for quotations, order processing, delivery, and after-sales requirements
• Build and maintain good relationships with purchase teams, production teams, and business owners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Required Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in telesales, inside sales, B2B sales, or customer handling preferred
• Experience in industrial tools, cutting tools, machine tools, engineering products, or machine accessories will be an advantage
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills
• Comfortable making regular outbound sales calls
• Ability to understand basic customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and WhatsApp
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to maintain and manage customer leads and follow-up schedules

Language RequirementCandidate should be fluent in at least one of the following languages:

• Kannada
• Tamil
• Telugu

Knowledge of more than one South Indian language will be an added advantage.

Basic communication in English and/or Hindi will also be preferred.

• Good to HaveExperience in telesales or inside sales for industrial or engineering products
• Experience dealing with CNC machine shops, manufacturers, OEMs, or tool rooms
• Basic familiarity with products such as tool holders, ER collets, cutting tools, turning tools, vices, tapping machines, rotary tables, and machine accessories
• Experience handling enquiries received through IndiaMART, WhatsApp, website leads, or other B2B platforms
• Ability to independently follow up with customers from initial enquiry until order closure
• Knowledge of Bengaluru, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, or Andhra Pradesh industrial markets will be an advantage
