Position: Loan Sales Executive (Telecalling)
Department: Sales
Job Type: Full-Time

- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers for loan sales.
- Promote Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property.
- Generate leads and convert interested customers into loan applications.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, EMI options, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with customers to complete loan applications.
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing and disbursement.
- Maintain daily calling reports, leads, and conversion records.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / PUC.
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experience in loan sales, banking, or NBFC processes is preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Languages RequiredHindi, English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.
