Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and construction needs.
- Explain House Construct services, packages, pricing, and process.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule site visits and customer meetings.
- Maintain lead details and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, QS, and Project teams.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
