## About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive with a strong background or interest in IT sales, digital marketing, and creative services. In this role, you will be the primary voice of Life Designer, reaching out to potential clients to pitch our comprehensive suite of solutions, including IT services, social media management, branding, and design development.

## Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach: Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through outbound cold calling, emails, and social selling channels.

Pitching IT & Creative Solutions: Effectively communicate our value proposition across web/app design development, branding, digital marketing, and social media services to prospective business clients.

Client Engagement: Understand client requirements, build strong professional relationships, and pitch tailored service packages.

Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate daily record of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.

## Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in B2B/B2C telesales, IT sales, or digital marketing agency sales (Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome).

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a strong plus) with a confident, persuasive telephone manner.

Knowledge Base: Basic understanding of IT services, social media marketing, branding strategies, and design development workflows.

Work Mode: Ready for immediate joining and able to work on-site in Bengaluru.
