Job Description
Role Overview:
We're looking for a driven telesales consultant to drive sales for Cultfit, our fitness platform. You'll connect with potential customers, understand their fitness needs, and pitch Cultfit's offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to potential customers
-Understand customer requirements
-Handle objections and close sales
-Meet monthly sales targets
-Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
Required Skills:
-1+ years of telesales experience (fitness/sports industry a plus)
-Excellent communication and persuasion skills
-Comfortable with target-driven sales role
-Basic understanding of fitness/workout trends a plus
