Position

Telecaller / Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to pharmacies, medical stores, and clients to promote pharmaceutical products.

Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and build new client networks.

Provide product information, pricing details, and order assistance to customers.

Follow up on customer inquiries and pending orders.

Maintain records of calls, sales activities, and customer feedback.

Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for order processing and delivery updates.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

Intermediate (12th Pass), Any Graduate preferred.

D. Pharma or B. Pharma candidates are encouraged to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Experience

0–5 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Age Requirement: Up to 30 years.

Salary & Benefits

₹16,000 – ₹22,000 In-hand salary per month.
