Job Title: TIG Welder (Experienced)

Location: Peenya 2 nd Stage , Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (dependant on skills & experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced TIG Welder with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on welding experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing precision TIG welding on a variety of metals with high quality and accuracy, maintaining welding standards, and ensuring welds meet technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Perform TIG welding operations on stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, and other metals.

Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.

Maintain and adjust welding equipment for quality welds.

Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications.

Inspect finished work for defects and precision, and rectify as needed.

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Perform routine maintenance of welding machines and tools.

Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams on project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a TIG Welder.

Proven ability to weld stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal types using TIG welding techniques.

Strong understanding of welding symbols, standards, and quality control measures.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Knowledge of safety standards and practices in welding operations.

Certification in welding (preferred, if available).
