Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

· Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

· Take customer orders accurately and process payments.

· Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.

· Restock ingredients, packaging, and other supplies as needed.

· Follow food safety, quality, and hygiene guidelines.

· Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth outlet operations.

· Handle customer queries and resolve concerns courteously.

· Support opening and closing activities of the outlet.
