Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  1.  Plan and organize travels by booking tickets and accommodation, transportation etc.
  2.  Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to sell domestic & international travel packages.
  3. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
  4.  Explain travel products, offers, and itineraries to potential customers.
  5.  Identify customer needs, recommend suitable packages, and close sales.
  6. Inform clients and provide useful travel material (guides, maps, event programs etc)
  7.  Dealing with customer queries and complaints
  8.  Providing advice about visas or passports
  9. Maintaining Data entry for all the bookings
  10.  Research various destinations for clients
