Valet Driver

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Valet Driver to manage vehicle parking and retrieval operations at client locations. The ideal candidate should have good driving skills, a valid driving licence, and a professional attitude towards customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive vehicles from customers and park them safely in designated areas.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles promptly when requested by customers.
• Ensure proper handling and safety of all vehicles under your responsibility.
• Conduct basic checks for any existing vehicle damage before taking charge of the vehicle.
• Maintain proper records of vehicle movement, keys, and parking details.
• Follow all parking and safety procedures at the assigned location.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet parking area.
• Report any vehicle damage, incident, or customer complaint to the supervisor immediately.
• Coordinate with the site supervisor and other valet team members for smooth operations.
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, attendance requirements, and operational guidelines.
• RequirementsValid LMV Driving Licence.
• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a Valet Driver / Chauffeur / Driver will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic rules.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Polite, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
• Comfortable working in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
