Job Description
⚡ EV Technician / Mechanic – ZyppCompany: Zypp
Role: EV Technician / Mechanic
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Experience: 1–3 Years
Employment: Full-Time
- Job ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair electric 2-wheelers / EV vehicles.
- Handle regular servicing, maintenance and vehicle inspections.
- Troubleshoot battery, motor, controller, wiring and electrical issues.
- Perform brake, tyre, suspension and other mechanical repairs.
- Identify vehicle faults and complete repairs within the required time.
- Carry out preventive maintenance to keep EVs road-ready.
- Maintain basic records of repairs and replacement parts.
- Follow safety procedures while working on high-voltage EV components.
- RequirementsExperience as an EV Technician / Electric Vehicle Mechanic / 2-Wheeler Mechanic.
- Knowledge of EV electrical and mechanical systems.
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Electrical is preferred.
- Ability to use basic tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Candidates with experience in electric scooters / bikes will be preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
