Role Overview

We are looking for a video editor who is a creative technologist at heart—someone who blends

traditional editing excellence with AI-powered content creation. You will craft stories that connect

deeply with learners across our educational platforms, working at the intersection of Premiere

Pro and Runway, After Effects and Veo3.

This role sits inside India's most forward-thinking EdTech content studio, creating content seen

by 5 million+ learners across India and global markets.

Position Details

Location Bengaluru – Work from Office

Employment Full-Time

Experience 1–2 Years in Video Editing / Content Creation

Work Days & Time 6 Days/Week & 11AM to 8PM

Education Graduate – Any Discipline (Design / Film / Media preferred)

Laptop A personal laptop mandatory with Active internet connection

What You'll Own

● Video editing—Edit long-form and short-form content, including tutorials, explainers, and

case studies. Color grade, QC, and optimize for YouTube and social platforms.

● AI content creation — Generate AI visuals, B-roll, avatars, and transitions using Sora,

Veo3, Runway, Midjourney, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs.

● Creative storytelling — Develop scripts, storyboards, and visual concepts. Understand

audience psychology and educational narrative flow.

● Motion graphics — Design and animate infographics, title sequences, lower thirds, and

branded templates in After Effects.

Must-Have Skills

● Premiere Pro

● After effects

● Basic motion graphics

● Captioning and pacing

● Understanding of YouTube editing styles

Good to Have

● EdTech or educational video experience

● AI scriptwriting tools familiarity

● Cinematography principles

This role is for you if:

● You are equally fluent in traditional editing tools and platforms.

● You understand how learners consume educational content and design your edits

accordingly.

This role is NOT for you if:

● You treat AI tools as optional add-ons rather than core to your workflow.

● You are uncomfortable with fast turnarounds and evolving creative briefs.
