About ArthaX.aiArthaX.ai is an AI-powered sales execution platform built for businesses that want better control over their sales teams, leads, calls and revenue.

We’re building a bold brand in the B2B SaaS space — and we’re looking for a Video Editor who can turn ideas, conversations and raw footage into content people actually want to watch.

• What You’ll DoEdit short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and ads
• Create high-retention reels around sales, business, AI and entrepreneurship
• Edit founder-led content, podcasts, interviews and customer videos
• Create video ads for Meta and other digital campaigns
• Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects and visual elements
• Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form pieces
• Work closely with the marketing and content team to understand the objective behind every video
• Experiment with different hooks, editing styles and formats to improve retention
• Maintain consistency with the ArthaX.ai visual identity
• What We’re Looking ForStrong knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut or similar tools
• Good understanding of short-form content and social media trends
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling and retention
• Ability to create strong hooks in the first few seconds
• Understanding of typography, composition, music and sound design
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus
• Ability to work quickly and handle multiple videos every week
• Willingness to experiment and try unconventional creative ideas
• Good communication and ability to take feedback
• Bonus PointsExperience editing SaaS, AI, business or startup content
• Experience creating performance marketing videos
• Understanding of Meta Ads creatives
• Basic graphic design skills
• Experience with AI-powered video and creative tools
