Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle international customer queries professionally.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Maintain call quality, productivity, and process compliance standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
• Required Skills and Qualifications1–7 years of experience in an International Voice Process, BPO, or Customer Support role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience handling international customers, preferably US, UK, Australian, or other global markets.
• Freshers with excellent English communication may be considered if eligible for the specific opening.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in Bangalore.
