Waiter / Steward

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Steward to join our café team. The steward will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and hygienic manner
• Ensure tables and seating areas are clean and well-maintained
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Coordinate with kitchen and billing staff for smooth service
• Handle customer queries politely and escalate issues when required
• Follow café policies, hygiene standards, and service procedures
• Support end-to-end café operations during peak hours

Required Skills & Qualities

• Good communication skills (basic English/Hindi/local language)
• Polite, well-groomed, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a willingness to contribute to the end-to-end operations
• Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Prior café or restaurant experience is a plus (not mandatory)
