Job Description

Assists in all Host activities as per Brik Oven standard

•

Assists in all dine in services as per Brik Oven standard

•

Assists in Coffee making as per Brik Oven recipe

•

Adhere to uniform guidelines and maintain a professional appearance as per Brik Oven standards.

•

Ensure personal hygiene and grooming standards are met as per Brik Oven.

•

Assists in both pre-opening and post-closure activities

•

Supports delivery operations

Requirements

•

To read and write at a beginner level, and to speak at an intermediate level in English.

•

10th Standard completed; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.

•

Proven experience in restaurant operations or a similar role.

•

Ability to maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance in accordance with hygiene standards

•

To possess customer service skills and be hospitable and empathetic.

•

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

•

Capability to lift a minimum of 10 kg and meet physical requirements, including prolonged standing

•

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
