We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executives to join our team in Bengaluru to manage inventory and ensure efficient operations in our warehouse.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Executive will oversee daily operations in the warehouse, including inventory management, dispatch coordination, stock checking, and preparation of MIS reports. This role is critical to ensuring that products are handled, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate MIS reports on buying trends, inventory status, fast-selling, and non-moving stock.
• Oversee inwards and outwards processes for inventory.
• Manage dispatches, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling of products.
• Ensure the correct products are picked and packed with appropriate packaging materials.
• Coordinate the loading and unloading of products in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with courier vendors to schedule timely pickups and shipments.
• Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Handle any additional tasks assigned by the store manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (graduate degree preferred).
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Skills: 
• Basic (Elementary) in English; knowledge of Hindi and local language is must.
• Familiarity with working on computers, MS Office & inventory management systems.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as loading and unloading.
