Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Goods Receiving & Inspection

• Verify quantity and quality against purchase orders and invoices.
• Receive incoming shipments from vendors/suppliers.
• Inspect goods for damages or discrepancies and report issues.

2. Documentation & Data Entry

• Maintain proper documentation such as GRN (Goods Receipt Note), invoices, and delivery challans.
• Record all inbound transactions in the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry.

3. Inventory ManagementEnsure proper labeling, tagging, and storage of goods.

• Update stock records and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist in periodic stock counts and audits.

4. Co-ordination

• Communicate with suppliers regarding discrepancies or returns.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality teams.
• Work closely with outbound team for smooth operations.

5. Storage & Space Management

• Follow FIFO / FEFO (First In First Out / First Expiry First Out) principles where applicable.
• Organize warehouse space efficiently for easy access and safety.

6. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid damage or loss.
• Follow warehouse safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
