Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for managing all inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, GRN, inventory accuracy, put-away, purchase returns, and team performance while ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily inward operations, including receipt and unloading of materials.

2. Ensure timely GRN creation, system updates (ROS/WMS), and accurate inventory records.

3. Resolve inventory discrepancies, including shortages, damages, excess quantities, and incorrect deliveries.

4. Manage purchase returns, ensure timely dispatch of expiry returns, and follow up for supplier credit notes.

5. Coordinate with Procurement, Outward, and Tech teams to resolve operational and system-related issues.

6. Lead the inward team, allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure SOP compliance.

7. Track operational KPIs and publish regular performance reports with corrective actions.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (Pharmacy/Logistics preferred)

Experience

• 1–2 years of supervisory or managerial experience. Warehouse experience preferred.
