Job Description
• Make sure confirmed orders are packed correctly (right items, complete set) and dispatched on time
• Mark returned packages as received and complete QC on the same day (within 24 hours)
• Store items in the right bin/location and update the system
• Report any missing or lost items to the City Manager right after QC
• Track daily due-back dates, call customers for overdue returns, and arrange pickup visits when needed
• Follow up on dispatched orders until they are marked delivered; escalate delays or failed deliveries the
same day
• Inspect returned items for damage, send damaged items to repair immediately, and maintain a damage
and shortage log
• Check stock availability for upcoming orders and assign orders to warehouse staff
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and labelled; do regular stock counts
• Assign daily tasks, supervise the team, and train new staff on processes
• Share daily/weekly reports with management
