- Install TrueAb water purifiers at customer premises.
- Perform regular maintenance, filter replacements, and quality checks.
- Troubleshoot and repair technical issues promptly.
- Educate customers on product usage and maintenance tips.
- Maintain proper service reports and update records via mobile app or CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations team for spare parts and customer scheduling.
- Uphold TrueAb’s service quality standards and ensure customer delight.
