Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that the applications developed are robust, efficient, and tailored to support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques within integration frameworks.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.

Additional Information:
