Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate incident response efforts to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving and technical skills.
- Continuously improve support processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with incident tracking and reporting tools to document and communicate issue status.
- Capability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
