Assistant Manager - SAP Materials Management

The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, procurement teams, and technical teams to design, implement, and support Coupa solutions while ensuring seamless integration with SAP systems.

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to procurement and sourcing processes.
• Configure and implement Coupa modules, including:
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Source-to-Contract (S2C)
  • Supplier Information Management (SIM)
  • Contract Management
  • Spend Analysis
  • Expense Management
  • Invoicing and Payments
• Lead Coupa implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Design and execute integration solutions between Coupa and SAP ECC/S4HANA.
• Configure approval workflows, purchasing policies, catalogs, and supplier management processes.
• Collaborate with business users to optimize procurement operations and automation.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams on custom developments.
• Drive data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for end users.
• Ensure adherence to procurement compliance and governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Coupa implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Source-to-Pay (S2P)
  • Strategic Sourcing
  • Supplier Lifecycle Management
  • Contract Management
  • Invoice Processing
  • Procurement Operations
• Hands-on experience configuring Coupa modules and workflows.
• Experience integrating Coupa with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain business processes.
• Experience with:
  • Data migration
  • Testing and defect management
  • Business process mapping
  • System configuration
• Ability to create functional specifications and solution design documents.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Coupa Certified Consultant certification preferred.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA integration projects.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as:
  • SAP CPI
  • MuleSoft
  • Boomi
  • Dell Boomi
• Exposure to global procurement transformation programs.
• Experience working in Manufacturing, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Goods, or Shared Services environments.
