Software Engineering Intern – Global Payroll Technology Team

About the Role

Payroll Technology is building the next generation Global Command Center, an enterprise platform that brings together payroll operations, analytics, automation, and AI-powered insights.

We are looking for passionate engineering students to join our team as Software Engineering Interns (Frontend). This is an opportunity to work on real-world products used by payroll teams across multiple countries and gain hands-on experience in modern web application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance user interfaces using React and TypeScript
• Build reusable and responsive UI components
• Create dashboards, reports, and operational views
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services
• Participate in debugging, testing, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders
• Contribute ideas to improve user experience and product design
• Follow coding standards, best practices, and version control processes

Required Skills

• Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Basic knowledge of React
• Understanding of REST APIs and JSON
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of TypeScript
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub
• Understanding of responsive web design
• Academic, personal, or hackathon projects demonstrating application development

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing B.E. / B.Tech
• Preferred branches: 
  • Computer Science Engineering (CSE)
  • Information Science & Engineering (ISE)

• Strong academic background and interest in software development
