About the Role :

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This role sits at the intersection of Business, Product, Growth, and Operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to solve business problems, identify growth opportunities, uncover actionable insights, and drive strategic initiatives through data.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with sharp business acumen and is comfortable translating complex business questions into structured analyses and recommendations.

What You'll Work On

• Analyze business performance, user behavior, and operational metrics across multiple products.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Operations, and Leadership teams to support strategic decision-making.
• Build dashboards and reports to track key business KPIs and performance trends.
• Identify business opportunities, inefficiencies, and growth levers using data.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks.
• Drive process improvement initiatives backed by data and insights.
• Support forecasting, planning, and performance reviews across teams.
• Present recommendations and business insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Analysis & Insights

• Analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to uncover actionable business insights.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand user behavior, revenue drivers, operational performance, and growth opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Support decision-making through structured problem-solving and data-backed recommendations.

Dashboarding & Reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Define, track, and monitor key business and product metrics.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Operations, and Business teams to understand requirements and priorities.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Process Improvement

• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.
• Support implementation and measurement of process improvement initiatives.
• Drive a culture of data-backed decision-making across teams.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, Operations Analytics, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business problems and convert them into analytical frameworks.
• Ability to independently identify trends, opportunities, and operational inefficiencies using data.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools.
• Exposure to BigQuery, data warehouses, or large-scale datasets.
• Experience in consumer internet, e-commerce, startups, consulting, or technology-driven businesses.
• Understanding of product, growth, retention, funnel, and business performance metrics.
