Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Analyst to develop analytics solutions, enable data-driven decision-making, and support AI and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Job Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Analyze business data and generate actionable insights.
- Develop and optimize SQL and Python-based data solutions.
- Work with enterprise cloud data platforms, primarily Databricks.
- Support data validation, governance, and reporting automation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions.
- Contribute to AI and GenAI initiatives, including prompt engineering and AI-enabled business solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
What your background should look like
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
