What are we looking for? • 7-11 years of experience, preferably in Capital Markets (US). • Exposure to Asset Management and Wealth Management. • Graduation or MBA in Finance. • Minimum 3 years of project handling. • RPA preferred but not mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Analyze and solve moderately complex problems. • Create or adapt solutions and methods as needed. • Understand strategic direction set by senior management. • Interact with supervisors, peers, and client management. • Receive guidance on new assignments; decisions impact team outcomes. • Manage small teams or work efforts or contribute individually. • Role may require rotational shifts. • Analyze and solve moderately complex problems. • Create new solutions leveraging Gen AI, RPA, and Intelligent Process Operations. • Implement enterprise platform solutions. • Align with senior managements strategic direction and innovate with clients to drive value. • Monitor operations to ensure measurability, repeatability, and predictability. • Transform organizations for noiseless delivery and client centric intelligent operations. • Implement systems or processes for 100percent customer conformance. • Evaluate replication opportunities for automation or process improvements. • Coach or train teams using design thinking. • Develop transformation vision, assess feasibility, plan journey management, and translate economic trends into competitive advantage for sustainable growth.
