Project Role Description : Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.
Must have skills : Microsoft Azure PaaS
Good to have skills : Microsoft Azure DevOps
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Cloud Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing and managing the cloud infrastructure environment by coordinating across various technologies such as operating systems, databases, and virtual networks. The role includes executing scripting tasks and automating monitoring processes to ensure smooth operations. Throughout the day, the engineer addresses incidents related to the environment with a primary focus on restoring services promptly. Additionally, the position requires providing operational support for issues and requests related to computing, networking, storage, security, and automation, ensuring the overall stability and efficiency of the cloud infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cloud infrastructure reliability and performance.
- Document operational procedures and incident resolutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in handling routine operational tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS, Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience in managing cloud infrastructure components including virtual networks, storage, and databases.
- Strong skills in scripting and automation to streamline monitoring and incident management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to cloud operations efficiently.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements within cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
