Role Overview

IQVIA is seeking a highly analytical and consulting-oriented professional with experience in healthcare and life sciences strategy, analytics, and market research. The ideal candidate will combine strong business problem-solving capabilities with advanced analytical expertise to support strategic decision-making for pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage consulting experience, IQVIA data assets, industry expertise, and analytical methodologies to deliver high-quality workstreams addressing client business questions
• Solve strategic issues / diligence questions through a structured and evidence-driven approach, working both independently or in small teams as part of project workstreams
• Demand Forecasting: Proficient in analyzing and predicting healthcare demands, enabling efficient resource allocation and management
• Segmentation and Targeting: Expertise in identifying and targeting key healthcare facilities, optimizing outreach and service delivery
  • Please build a more specific version of this to get best fit person to run analytics using IQVIA data assets or data from PMR

• Perform data modelling, claims data analysis, utilization pattern assessments, and treatment pathway evaluations
• Develop client-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative insights
• Even experience in handling web scraping tools to enable social listening or respondent targeting
• Basic technical proficiency: Advanced knowledge of various coding languages (SQL, Python and PBI) and visualization tools, enabling the creation of insightful and actionable data visualizations

• Synthesize findings from multiple data sources to generate actionable insights and business recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years professional experience in healthcare strategy consulting and experienced in designing and conducting ad-hoc and strategic consumer research to drive business innovation (Tools: SPSS, R)
• Use of SQL & Power Query for data management to ensure data quality (detecting missing value, duplicates, and logic discrepancies) 
• Uses Power BI and Excel to build automatic dashboard for projects / data delivery
