Summary:
As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves engaging closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. The role focuses on understanding existing data structures and designing new data models that align with business needs and technical requirements. This position requires continuous collaboration to ensure data models are accurate, efficient, and support the organization's objectives. The Data Modeler plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation by facilitating communication and ensuring data integrity throughout the modeling process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and maintenance of data models to support business processes and analytics.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on data requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of data modeling principles and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling concepts.
- Experience with data warehousing and database design principles.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective data models.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality standards.
- Skilled in using data modeling tools and software to create and maintain models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
