Job Title: Scrum Master with Salesforce Experience Designation: Delivery Project Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Salesforce to lead our delivery management efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and have a proven track record of managing complex projects within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure effective team collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Act as a servant leader to the Scrum team, removing impediments and fostering an environment conducive to high performance.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
• Monitor project progress and performance, utilizing metrics to drive decision-making and enhance team productivity.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability within the team.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on Agile methodologies and Salesforce best practices.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices within the organization.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven expertise in Salesforce.com, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of other project management methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Lean).
• Familiarity with cloud computing and SaaS solutions.
• Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in Agile methodologies or Salesforce are a plus.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality projects.
