WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support the adoption and on-the-ground delivery of key strategic initiatives; contribute to end-to-end project execution by coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking progress against milestones, and helping ensure initiatives land with measurable impact.
• Identify opportunities for automation across delivery workflows and customer engagement processes; collaborate with technical teams to scope and pilot automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
• Contribute to identifying gaps in the current operating model and support improvements that increase effectiveness and strengthen cross-team integration; help translate findings into concrete action plans with clear owners and measurable outcomes.
• Support trusted relationships with PC3's suppliers and partners; liaise with Partner Management teams within GCO and SAP to help ensure alignment on expectations, facilitate issue resolution, and identify opportunities to deepen collaboration.

 

WHAT YOU BRING

• Full-time Graduation or Master's university with good academic background.
• 5–7 years of overall SAP experience, with 2+ years in a customer-facing role (consulting, IT support, or IT services), including exposure to global organizational setups.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Basis, SAP S/4HANA, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) in the context of SAP greenfield and brownfield deployments; familiarity with GCO operations tools and automation (e.g. SPC, TIC) is a plus.
• Good project management skills with the ability to support planning, prioritization, and execution of initiatives; experience contributing to cross-functional workstreams, managing stakeholder communications, and tracking delivery timelines.
• Self-organized and results-driven; comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones.
• Availability for global team meetings and active participation in global initiatives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills—both internal and external; able to tailor messaging to diverse audiences including technical teams and partners; effective use of digital mediums to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Analytical mindset with sound decision-making ability; experience supporting change initiatives and contributing to process improvement efforts.
• Proficiency with digital tools that enable business insights and reporting.

The digital Customer Engagement Manager (dCEM) plays a pivotal role in this unit, ensuring seamless adoption of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition through a modern digital engagement delivery model. The dCEM drives innovative, standardized approaches to managed services delivery with an outstanding customer-facing focus, particularly in indirect business. Our business unit is growing rapidly.
