Responsibilities
PEGA Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement applications using the Pega Platform.
- Work on PEGA PRPC, case management, workflow automation, and business process management solutions.
- Develop and configure Pega rules, flows, integrations, and UI components.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and application support activities.
- Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Pega PRPC/Pega Platform development.
- Experience with Case Management, Workflow, Decisioning, and Integration Services.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and application integrations.
- Good understanding of Pega architecture and framework design.
- Relevant Pega Certification (CSA/CSSA) preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.
- Exposure to Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial Services domains.
Qualifications
Education : ME/MTech/BE/BTech/MCA/BCA/MSC/BSC with min of 6+ Years of relevant experience.
