Your Role
Key Responsibilities

• Integrate and adapt DSP software modules into customer programs
• Configure components to meet system, timing, and performance requirements
• Perform end-to-end integration on embedded targets (ECUs)
• Debug and resolve complex multi-layer issues (DSP, middleware, system) – critical
• Drive root cause analysis and closure of integration defects
• Support ECU bring-up, validation, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with platform, algorithm, and application teams
• Integrate reusable DSP software building blocks from platform into customer-specific automotive radar projects
• Requires strong embedded systems foundation, hands-on ECU integration experience
• Excellent debugging skills to ensure efficient reuse and robust system performance

 

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• B.E. / B. Tech / M.E. / M. Tech in any specialization with an experience of 5-7 year’s experience. Strong embedded C/C++ development experience on ECUs
• Excellent debugging & problem-solving skills (must-have)
• Strong embedded systems fundamentals (memory, interrupts, real-time behavior)
• Working knowledge of radar DSP concepts (signal chain basics, FFT, filtering, detection)
• Hands-on experience on hardware targets (not limited to simulation). Experience in AUTOSAR and non-AUTOSAR integration
• Familiarity with tools: Lauterbach, CANoe/Vector suite
• Understanding of communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, etc.)
• ECU architecture and integration concepts, Bootloader and flashing mechanisms, Vehicle diagnostics (UDS), Vehicle communication networks, Awareness of ISO 26262 & ASPICE
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving, Effective communication and cross-team collaboration, Ability to handle ambiguity and drive closure
• Ownership mindset with focus on quality
