Position Overview

The End User Training (EUT) Consultant is a client-facing learning and enablement professional who supports the design, development, and delivery of learning programs for Blue Yonder supply chain transformations. Working with Senior and Principal EUT Consultants, this role helps customers build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to successfully adopt new technologies, processes, and ways of working.

The EUT Consultant combines instructional design, content development, facilitation, customer enablement, and consulting skills to translate business processes, system functionality, roles, and organizational impacts into practical, role-based learning experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Support EUT activities and deliverables across enterprise supply chain transformation programs.
• Conduct and support learning discovery, stakeholder interviews, learning needs assessments, and role-based training analysis.
• Partner with customer stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational processes, learner needs, and implementation requirements.
• Translate business processes, solution functionality, roles, and change impacts into learning objectives and role-based learning requirements.
• Support development of training plans, curricula, learning journeys, course outlines, content development plans, and training schedules.
• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, digital, and performance-support learning materials.
• Develop presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, exercises, scenarios, job aids, videos, assessments, and other learning resources.
• Customize learning content and examples to reflect customer business processes, use cases, roles, and implementation objectives.
• Apply adult learning, instructional design, learning experience, and content development best practices.
• Apply foundational Organizational Change Management principles to understand how business and role impacts, readiness, communications, and adoption influence learning requirements.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, workshops, knowledge-transfer, and customer enablement sessions.
• Facilitate interactive and hands-on learning experiences aligned with customer use cases and operational processes.
• Adapt learning and facilitation approaches for different audiences, including business users, super users, system administrators, support teams, managers, and leaders.
• Support train-the-trainer, super-user enablement, instructor readiness, and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Help customers build user proficiency, confidence, and greater self-sufficiency in using implemented solutions.
• Work with functional and solution experts to ensure learning accurately reflects configured solutions and future-state business processes.
• Participate in curriculum design, content review, validation, and training readiness sessions.
• Follow established content-development, quality, version-control, review, and approval processes.
• Work collaboratively with OCM, project management, Professional Services, solution, product, Customer Success, Education, and client teams to align learning with implementation milestones and business outcomes.
• Maintain EUT work plans, content trackers, review logs, and supporting project documentation.
• Support development of learning assessments and evaluation approaches and analyze learner feedback, training effectiveness, and adoption indicators.
• Use feedback, product enhancements, and implementation lessons learned to continuously improve learning content and delivery.
• Contribute lessons learned, templates, examples, best practices, and ideas that support continuous improvement and standardization of EUT methodologies and delivery assets.
• Develop knowledge of Blue Yonder solutions, supply chain processes, implementation methodologies, and enterprise transformation.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in end-user training, Learning & Development, instructional design, customer enablement, software implementation, professional services, or a related discipline.
• Experience designing and developing training content for enterprise software, SaaS platforms, business applications, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience delivering instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, or other facilitated learning experiences.
• Foundational knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, curriculum development, and training content development practices.
• Understanding of the relationship between Organizational Change Management, business readiness, learning, and end-user adoption.
• Ability to understand both business-process and technology concepts and translate complex information into clear, practical learning experiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with customers, subject matter experts, solution consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple learning deliverables, reviews, schedules, and priorities in a consulting environment.
• Professional, adaptable, self-directed, and customer-focused approach to delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with or exposure to Blue Yonder solutions or other enterprise supply chain solutions and platforms.
• Experience in supply chain, retail, manufacturing, logistics, planning, warehouse operations, transportation, or related business environments.
• Experience supporting learning and enablement for supply chain capabilities such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Integrated Business Planning, Allocation and Replenishment, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, or related solutions.
• Experience supporting software implementations or broader business transformation programs.
• Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder discussions, hands-on learning, knowledge-transfer, or train-the-trainer programs.
• Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, SAP Activate, or other Organizational Change Management approaches.
• Experience with learning management systems, content development tools, digital learning, video, simulation, or related learning technologies.
• Professional services, enterprise software, or consulting experience.

The EUT Consultant is expected to progressively develop from executing defined learning activities into independently conducting discovery, designing learning solutions, facilitating client sessions, advising stakeholders, and managing increasingly complex EUT deliverables.
