Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Summary:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and development of sophisticated solutions that span multiple service areas and transformational initiatives. This role requires orchestrating the integration of diverse offerings, assets, and capabilities to deliver comprehensive solutions that align closely with the client s strategic objectives. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions not only meet technical requirements but also drive significant business value. The architect plays a pivotal role in steering complex projects from conception through execution, ensuring seamless coordination across different teams and service towers to achieve optimal outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance solution design and delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing among cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Enterprise Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and integrated enterprise solutions.
- Experience in aligning technology strategies with business goals.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop comprehensive architectural frameworks.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
- Familiarity with enterprise transformation methodologies and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Enterprise Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
