- Communication Management:Handling phone calls, emails, and messages, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Travel Coordination:Arranging travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Administrative Support:Preparing documents, reports, and presentations, and managing records and databases.
- Meeting Organization:Arranging and preparing for meetings, including taking notes and distributing minutes.
- Confidentiality and Discretion:Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Other Administrative Tasks:Assisting with various office tasks, such as filing, faxing, and ordering supplies
- Calendar Management:Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, including internal and external communications.
Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed (optional based on company culture).
Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and invoice processing.
Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and off-site engagements.
